The March issue of Vogue features Tory Burch's newly renovated Southampton estate. Built in 1929 by an industrialist, the Gatsby-esque manor was transformed by Burch's longtime friends, architect and designer Daniel Romualdez, and decorator Eve Hood. The neo-Georgian house was originally commissioned by traditionalist architects Hiss & Weekes and designed by society decorator Elsie Sloan Farley. Burch fell in love with the house while planning to remodel her previous Hamptons property following a flood. Unlike her last home, she was looking for a year round respite to enjoy on the weekends straying away from a 'seashore' theme and opting for a more traditional look instead.
I love the black and white floors
a relaxed vibe in the solarium with sisal furniture and blue and white pottery
touches of coral to warm the room's light
custom Iznik inspired panels by Paris-based Iksel in the dining room
very traditional bedroom (I would have gone with different walls and bedding)
pool house
fabulous outdoor dining area
landscape architect Perry Guillot recreated gardens originally designed by Annette Hoyt Flanders
