Tres Chic Style: Emmanuelle Alt

If you troll around the blog world then you are likely familiar with this beauty. Emmanuelle Alt is editor-in-chief at Vogue Paris where she had been fashion director for a decade prior. Her style is classic with a bit of edge. She is often found dressed in skinny jeans, paired with a signature blazer or leather jacket, and stellar hills complete with Balmain belt and Hermes watch and bracelet. I have never been a big fan of blazers (I feel less than a lady in them), however, Alt makes me want to immediately go out and purchase a fabulous black leather jacket. I adore her sense of style and just realized we share the same birthday.

Inspiration: Home Bar

This time of year is perfect for planning dinner parties or simply having a few friends round for drinks. A stylish little bar set-up is not only convenient it adds a bit of character to your digs too. Whether you opt for a bar cart or table top vignette stocking up on essentials is a fun way to get creative and express yourself. Plus, it allows you to display glassware and other items that my be otherwise taking up much needed space. I love the look of bar carts, especially if they have any touches of gold, but I have simply made due with a table top tray display. I would love to hear what you have in your home!
